I am a southern foodie! One of the most difficult parts of switching to a low carb lifestyle has been missing my fried foods on occasion. A staple of the south is one of my personal favorites, fried okra! The other night I got a craving and decided to create my own low carb fried okra recipe and it was heavenly. Enjoy and let me know if you have any ideas on low carb fried okra!
Okra (Fresh or frozen)
Step 1: Add 1 cup of okra into a bowl and 3 TBS olive oil.
Step 2: Add 3 TBS of Almond Flour and salt
Step 3: Spray or put oil on the pan and begin to fry.
Step 4: Fry and flip until the flour browns
Step 5: Salt and ENJOY!
