Easy Tortilla Chips/ Hint of Lime Squares

Going on a very clean diet has felt amazing, but occasionally I miss certain snack foods that I used to eat. It is not that I will never eat them again, but especially during this time of Lent, I am focused on the healthiest options.

After I discovered the Ole Health and Wellness Tortilla Wraps for my Keto Pizza, I quickly realized that I would easily use these tortillas to make extraordinary tortilla chips! (Insert happy dance)

Below is my easy recipe for Keto friendly/low carb, tortilla chips! Feel free to experiment and modify. For example, today I mixed it up and made hint of lime squares that I share about afterwards! (Salt, lime juice, paprika, and I will probably be trying garlic salt or onion powder in the future) Enjoy!

Step 1

Preheat to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Melt 1 TBS of butter (per tortilla).

Step 3

Cut your tortilla(s) into 6 sections.

Step 4

Foil and spray olive oil onto a pan.

Step 5

Glaze the butter on the chips. (You can also do this with olive oil)

Step 6

Salt the chips!

Step 7

Bake for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Flip the chips and bake for 2-3 more minutes.

Optional: Salt again. Eat chips alone or in salsa, queso or guacamole!

NOTE: You can box or bag the chips and eat them later.
