Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Chips

As you may already know, I might as well be a spokesperson for Ole Health and Wellness Tortillas. Just call me the tortilla lady!

Tonight I was working on some baking recipes and non of them tasted quite right… they were either eggy or crumbly. This got me thinking about the basics and had me thankful for companies like Adkins who make amazing treats that actually taste good! (The best are the peanut butter cups and the peanut m&ms.)

I was making tortilla chips and then got the idea of dessert pizza style. Below is an example recipe. The one thing I would like to do different next time, is to try to mix the ingredients in a bowl and soak/roll the tortilla in the liquid mixture to have the flavor even on both sides of the chips.

1 Ole Tortilla

1 TBS Olive Oil

1 TBS Butter


Monk Fruit Sugar


Step 1

Spread 1 TBS of olive oil on top of your tortilla.


Step 2

Melt 1 TBS of butter and pour/spread on the tortilla.


Step 3

Add cinnamon


Step 4

Add 1 Teaspoon of monk fruit powdered sugar and spread.


Step 5

Cut into chips and bake for 7-10 minutes at 400 degrees.


Step 6

Top with monk fruit sugar. (optional)
