Omelettes!

Today I have reached my 40th day of Keto! I am feeling great. This Lent season has been so special to me because I know that choosing healthy food options is not reliant on me, but on the Holy Spirit within me to live out the fruit of self control. (Galatians 5:22-23)

A go-to for me throughout this season has been omelettes. I love to mix it up, but below is my typical omelette recipe! Embrace the extraordinary with your omlettes today! Comment below if you have any recipe ideas.

My favorite recipe is:

2 eggs

1/2 cup spinach

1/8 cup shredded cheese

2 pieces of bacon

2 slices of canadian bacon

paprika

salt

1/2 avocado (put on afterwards)

Macros: 4g Carbs | 37g Fat | 38g Protein

Tip: If you want to use sliced cheese cook the omelette and flip it, then place the cheese on the cooked side and flip it back over for 20-30 seconds. Ta-Dah!
