I’m a southern gal and love a good chicken salad. I also love a good avocado. To kick off your weekend enjoy this extraordinary Avocado Chicken Salad recipe!

Place chopped chicken (2-3 ounces) in a bowl.
Mash 1/2 avocado in another bowl.
Add 1 TBS of Mayo.
Pour the chicken bowl in to the avocado/mayo mixture.
Of course… add salt!
Place over greens. (optional)
Add 1/4 cup walnuts.
Add the dressing of your choice!
